Tidewatch Harbor

Tidewatch Harbor is a cozy builder about running a small coastal town. You lay down docks, assign boats, upgrade your market and slowly watch a quiet fishing village turn into a busy port.

There's a satisfying loop of improving routes and unlocking new buildings, and the tide system adds a light timing element — some areas are only reachable at low tide. It never gets stressful, which is exactly what I want from a sim like this.

Crucially, it's offline and has no pushy timers. You build at your own pace, and your save stays safely on the device. I kept returning to it as a wind-down game after work.
